Do not take too much headache again and again, you may feel

Occasionally, there is also a headache due to excessive
pressure on the eyes. Headache is of many types, so if any common cause is not
understood then you should also meet with an eye specialist. If this is the
case, some general exercise of the eyes can be relieved by it.
Colds, viruses and fever are also caused by headaches. Apart
from these, iron deficiency is also a reason.
The cause of migraine can also be genetic. Due to hormonal
imbalance, this problem is more common in girls than boys.
You may also get a migraine complaint for some small reasons
like not having enough sleep, hunger stomach and not drinking enough water.
What to do if you are a migrant
Keep migrating cold water on the head when migraine, it
spreads blood arteries and comes in its former condition.
By regular exercise, yoga and meditation, you can free your
mind from stress.
Do not be hungry for long. Stay awake for some or the other.
Consumption of green leafy vegetables is very beneficial.
Apart from this, carrot and cucumber are also beneficial.
Precautions
Wherever you are working or sitting, there should not be a
strong light (which pierces in the eyes), fast sunlight or sharp odor.
People suffering from migraine should stay away from junk
food and canned foods.
Cheese, chocolate, cheese, noodles, bananas and some types
of nuts contain such chemicals that can increase migraine.
