entire process.

exercise, sit lightly on the chair while holding a slight gap between the legs
and keep your fingers on your shoulders on the shoulder. Now rotate the hands
round, so that the shoulder rolls. Repeat this procedure about 8 times
clockwise and anticlockwise.
